The Wash Landscape Partnership
This project was part of a Round 2 submission to Defra's Landscape Recovery scheme. This scheme encourages multiple landowners to form partnerships to facilitate landscape recovery, in this case across an area of west Norfolk extending from Kings Lynn to Heacham. Landowners include the Royal Family at Sandringham, RSPB, Natural England, Norfolk Wildlife Trust and one of the UK's most significant rewilding sites at Wild Ken Hill.
I researched and wrote the Access Plan to support the project in addressing where and how to improve access and create new opportunities to support the proposed landscape changes.
This included extensive stakeholder liaison, researching and recommending the most appropriate opportunities for interventions such as interpretation and features in the landscape, cost development and drafting an extensive report for submission.

The plan was completed to a tight deadline in January 2026.
