Audley End Miniature Railway

Audley End Railway is an attraction that has grown quickly with visitor numbers increasing from 20,000-150,000 in 10 years. A series of clever interventions and innovative programming have established its reputation as a firm favourite in terms of East Anglian visitor attractions.

Many of the team have been with the railway throughout this time and are integral to its success, but the rate of growth has given them little time to draw breath and think about their own roles.

I worked with key members of the leadership team, supporting them through a series of 121 coaching and mentoring sessions to help them consider, evaluate and shape their individual roles as part of the team.

The work ran from September 2021 to March 2022.
