I worked with the the Great Yarmouth Preservation Trust to develop a business plan for a new building that needed a sustainable future.

The Listed 145 King Street was purchased by Compulsory Purchase Order and handed to the Trust to manage and repurpose.

The plan is to deliver a new facility for the local community, supported by a robust business plan that ensures income can be generated to maintain the building  long term.

​

As part of the business plan I also developed a community plan to engage local people in the history of this special building, including draft interpretation panels to share its stories.
